Landmark Tower

Landmark Tower is a Grade B office building located in the Central Business District (CBD) of Jakarta, specifically at Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav 1. The building spans a total area of 55,000 m² and consists of two towers, Landmark Tower 1 and Landmark Tower 2, both with 32 floors. The towers are situated near City Walk Sudirman and Menteng Plaza. The building features 11 elevators divided into Low and High zones, along with a dedicated service lift. Landmark Tower 1 was constructed between July 1983 and January 1986, while Landmark Tower 2 was completed in 1991. The construction was handled by Kadi International, with architectural design by Nihon Sekkei and Wiratman & Associates.

Despite being built before 2000, both towers remain strategic office choices in the Setiabudi area of South Jakarta. With the same height of 32 floors, the buildings are classified as skyscrapers in Central Jakarta. Each floor in Landmark Tower has an average area of 1,718 m², providing ample office space to accommodate business needs in the heart of the city.
